General Areas (Every Room)

• Remove all construction debris and packaging
• Sweep and vacuum all floors (including edges and corners)
• Mop all hard floors
• Dust all surfaces (including tops of doors, windowsills, light fixtures)
• Clean ceiling fans and exhaust fans
• Wipe down all skirting boards
• Clean door handles and hardware
• Clean light switches and power points
• Wipe down walls (remove marks, dust, cobwebs)
• Clean wardrobes (inside and out)

Kitchen

• Clean inside and outside all cupboards and drawers
• Clean behind and under sink
• Clean sink, taps and drain
• Clean benchtop surfaces
• Clean stovetop (top, bottom, sides)
• Clean inside and outside oven
• Clean rangehood (inside and out, including filters)
• Clean dishwasher (inside, filter, seal)

• Carpet cleaning (not available — can be arranged separately by customer)
• Removal of large debris left by trades
• Construction equipment or tools
• Exterior areas

Important Notes

• Dust disposal: We dispose of dust and small debris in onsite bins — we do not remove large items or construction waste from the property
• Timing: A full builders clean for a typical 3-bedroom home takes 8-12 hours
• Access: We need access to all areas including locked rooms
• Bins: Onsite bins must be available for debris disposal
