Add our defect marking service to your builders clean for a complete handover package. We identify and mark non-structural cosmetic defects throughout the property — paint imperfections, scratches, chips, cabinet gaps, tile and grout issues, silicone problems, and floor damage. You receive a detailed PDF register with photos and numbered locations. Note: We mark cosmetic defects only, not structural issues requiring engineering assessment.
