1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Sparkle & Scoop website (sparkleandscoop.com.au), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Service Description

Sparkle & Scoop provides domestic cleaning services including but not limited to:

• House cleaning
• End of lease cleaning
• Dog poo pickup
• Move in/move out cleaning
• Builders clean
• Defect marking

3. Booking and Cancellation

Services must be booked in advance. We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a fee.

4. Pricing and Payment

Quotes provided are estimates based on information provided. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

5. Access to Property

Customers must provide access to the property at the scheduled time. If access is not available, a re-booking fee may apply.

6. Liability

Sparkle & Scoop shall not be liable for any damage to property unless caused by proven negligence. Any claims must be reported within 24 hours of service.

7. Intellectual Property
